Founded by Tim Starling, following a successful 15-year career with CBRE, Tim wanted to combine the nimbleness that a boutique practice can offer, with the industry’s most experienced people.

He and his team value lasting relationships and are regarded for their quality client service. Due to their experience and deep market knowledge, they have a significant track record in delivering retailers with complete property network solutions, be it growth or day to day network optimisation.

Today, Starling Retail Advisory works with some of the most recognised brands, both in Australia and around the world. It is Tim’s goal, to continue building a prosperous route to entry for brands in Australia, and for those wanting to expand their footprint across the Pacific.
